Abigail Araba Addy is a counselor trainee reading her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University, Virginia Beach. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an English minor at the University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana. Her population of interest includes teenagers, adolescents adults, families, and couples dealing with varied issues such as communication issues, anxiety, depression, and people needing a sense of direction, motivation, and finding meaning in life. Her theoretical framework is an integrative approach that comprises existential, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused theories. She is a faith-based counselor and offers spiritual integration into her therapy, precisely Christian spiritual integration.
